Angels at Work - Sneha Sadan Orphanage

At Sneha Sadan orphanage, therapy dog Angel interacts with the children providing them emotional support and her companionship. Her playful presence is very effective with withdrawn or uncommunicative children.

Angel helps open a channel of safe and easier communication between the child and the therapist. Through playing with her and also assisting in teaching her commands these children increase their self-esteem and confidence. Their need to be nurtured is met when they shower Angel with hugs and kisses and then get them back from her!
